Support
Everything you need to get help with Proposit, on the web or in the mobile app.
Contact us
The fastest way to reach the team is the Proposit Discord server. Post questions and technical problems in #bug-reports, and ideas in #suggestions.
If you would rather email, write to support@proposit.app and we will reply from our shared inbox. Either way, telling us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead gets you an answer soonest; the reporting page lists the details that help most.
Report content or block someone
Proposit has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In the mobile app you can act on either one yourself:
- To report an argument, open its overflow menu and choose Report, then choose a reason and add any detail. We review every report.
- To block someone, open the overflow menu on their argument, or on a claim in the detail sheet, and choose Block author. You can also block a person from the participants list on an argument they took part in. Their content stops appearing for you, and they can no longer interact with yours.
- Everyone you have blocked is listed under Blocked users on your account screen, where you can unblock them again.
On the web, or if you would rather send the report to us directly, use report problematic content and include a link to what you are reporting. Our community guidelines describe what is and is not allowed, and what we do about it.
Delete or deactivate your account
You can leave at any time, from your account settings on the web or the account screen in the mobile app. Deactivating hides your account and your arguments and can be undone by signing back in. Deleting is permanent: your name, username, email and picture are erased and cannot be recovered by you or by us. Arguments you wrote stay published, without your name on them.
