• Join Proposit Insiders from your account settings. News about Proposit, the occasional survey, and the option to ask for a place in the beta testing groups for the mobile app — with room to give a different address if the one on your account is not the one you use with the App Store or Google Play. A dismissible invitation appears on your home page until you join or wave it away.

  Proposit does not keep your membership on the settings screen, so the form looks the same whether or not you have already joined, and sending it again is harmless. To change what you receive, or to leave, use the preferences link at the foot of any Insiders email.

Fixes

• You can now read someone else's shared review the whole way through. Opening a shared review link brings up its results. Clicking a claim's value in the argument text opened that claim's step — and then left you there, with no Back, no Next and no keyboard, so the only way out was to close the walkthrough and start again. The step now carries Back and Next, and Enter and Backspace work on it, so a shared review reads the way its author wrote it: claim by claim, premise by premise, through to the verdict.

  Nothing there can change the review you are reading. Skip is not offered, none of the decision keys does anything, and the close button no longer tells you your progress is saved when there is none to save.

• Pressing Enter moves you to the next step of a review again, after you have picked a reason. The review walkthrough prints a keyboard shortcut on each of its buttons, Enter for Next among them. Choosing a reason from the "Why?" list left the keyboard on that list, where Enter reopens it instead of moving on — so the step counter sat still and the advertised shortcut did nothing, leaving you to tab across to Next or reach for the mouse. Choosing a reason now moves the keyboard to Next, and the reason list says so before you use it. Going back to a step you have already answered leaves the keyboard where you had it, so you can change your answer.

• A letter shortcut no longer fires while you are picking a reason. The "Why?" list uses your keystrokes to jump to a reason by its first letters, and the walkthrough was acting on the same key at the same time — so pressing S while the list had the keyboard silently marked the step you were answering as skipped and moved you on. Typing in the list now only searches the list. Every shortcut still works from anywhere else in the walkthrough.
