Saving an argument now follows the same rules as reading it

An argument that moderation has taken down, or one by an author you have blocked, could still be added to your saved list even though opening it reports that it cannot be found — and once added it sat there invisibly, with the bookmark stuck on while the entry never appeared in your collection. Saving now asks exactly what reading asks, so what you can save is what your list can show.
