Premise-edit checksum fix (client)

- Fixed another case of the "Checksum mismatch" error when editing a premise twice in a row. After the v0.22.1 fix, some older arguments could still hit a spurious "checksum mismatch" (409) on the second consecutive premise edit, briefly cleared by a page reload. The remaining cause — a step that recomputed and drifted the premise's checksum right after a successful save — has been removed, so repeated premise (and formula) edits now save reliably without a reload.
